Wooden Press Door Wing and Frame Wooden Door Frame
By placing 2 plates of MDF in accordance with E1 norms in 18mm thickness on top of each other, 36mm thickness plates are obtained by pressing under pressure with PVA glue in cold presses. These boards are sliced according to the frame width and frame drafts are created. Obtained drafts are passed on the profile machine and a safe form is given. The surfaces of the 36mm thick raw MDF parts, which have taken the form of the case, are covered by wrapping with the help of polyurethane glue in profile wrapping machines with flat or wooden patterned finish foil, PVC or micro laminate surface coating material. Crates, whose surface is covered with synthetic decorative material, are made ready for the package by making length cuts in accordance with the wing size.

Wooden Door Jamb
These are the horizontal and vertical elements used for closing the mounting space between the frame and the wall in door installation and for a clean finish. Moldings on both sides of the case are obtained by giving the form of MDF in accordance with E1 norms in thickness of 8mm. It can be adjusted up to 4 cm in total on both sides of the wall thickness. For this purpose, it is moved in the channels opened to the frame next to the frame. The surface of the moldings is wrapped with the help of polyurethane glue on flat or wooden patterned synthetic surface coating material, finish foil, PVC or micro laminate and profile wrapping machines as per the customer demand. Box upper moldings are the same feature as the side moldings and are made of 6 or 8 mm thickness MDF material. Thus, a clean finish is provided as the joint gap originating from the edge radius disappears due to the difference in thickness at the joint.

Wooden Door Wing
The solid wood material used in the carcass (slats) system, which forms the skeleton of the wooden door wing, is obtained from dried fir timber up to 8- 12%. After removing the defective parts of the fir timber (knots, rot, cork, etc.) by cutting, the length of the wings are obtained by using the finger joint method. In the production of slats , length additions are made using PVA glue. In the pressing stage of the wing, the air ducts are opened in the inner parts of the booms so that the hot air and gas remaining in the wing can be thrown out. Thus, since the heat inside and outside of the wing is balanced, the distortion or hump that may occur during use is prevented.

The wing surface is covered with decorative paper impregnated with synthetic resin in high pressure presses on one side of the MDF material, which is in compliance with E1 norms of 8mm thickness. With the help of unilateral coated 8mm thickness PVA glue obtained from here, 40mm thick wing is obtained in cold presses. The wings are brought to the net size in the double-sided contineu edge banding machine (edge banding line) and their long edges are covered with 0.8mm PVC edge banding using hot glue. Thus, the vertical sections of the wing have the same appearance as the surface. The upper and lower sections of the wings are not taped to prevent deformations caused by the temperature differences in the usage area of the wings. With the help of air ducts in the slats, any deformation formation is prevented as the inside and outside air are balanced in terms of pressure and heat. The wings, which are net sized and the edges are taped, are opened precisely in computer controlled machines (CNC) to open the arms and lock places. Finished wings are cleaned and After the final checks are made, they are packaged by packing machines and stacked on pallets and ready for shipment

Wooden Door Installation
Wooden door set, which is shipped to the usage area, is firstly assembled with frame heads. After the assembled frames are mounted in the door cavity with the help of polyurethane foam, the wing hinges are connected in accordance with the opening direction and the wing is hung on the frame. Side and top moldings are seated in their slots with the help of silicone and assembly is completed.
